The Cafe 8848 Rewards program is subject to its own terms. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cafe 8848 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the past 12 months.
